My room was quiet. The staff seemed very polite . The hotel location is elevated, giving me a panoramic view.
I had a slight electricity problem in my room, and technicians didn't immediately address it.

cockroach appearance
the room was quite clean and i think breakfast was satisfactory.
i had some problem with the rooms cleanliness. the walls were dirty and the floor was dirty. cockroaches were appearing in the room at night and i found that unacceptable. the hotel should address these issues immediately.

the receptionist offered an easy check in and i appreciated the room upgrade because i was celebrating a special occasion the location was also good
we booked a suite room since we needed a washing machine and dishwasher neither machine worked i reported this problem in the first days but it never got fixed the woman in management avoided the issue additionally the room cleaning was bad

the breakfast was good, and kekeriya karaaslan provided great service! beds were very comfortable. good showers were available in rooms. spacious rooms included a fridge, if needed.
the taxi ride became a nightmare because of traffic. i asked the technicians to check the electricity problem in my room, but no one showed up.

the check-in process was quite fast. the staff acted kindly (i appreciated their help). the breakfast options were plentiful. i liked the honeycomb, it was a nice touch.
i found that getting to the city center required a taxi and cost around $30 each way, a bit inconvenient. the heavy traffic made the journey longer too. i would have prefered a closer location to the centre.

the king-size bed was indeed comfy with snow-white linen. thick, fluffy towels were provided. daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, i think that is a very important aspect.
